Art for inclusion explored the power of art as a tool for the inclusion of people with disabilities, using its capacity as a tool for social change that was multiplied through youth. Youth was our transmitter of change and art was our tool, the message being the promotion of inclusion towards people with functional diversity. The objectives of the project were: - To raise the awareness of 30 participants from 6 countries of the situations, limitations and barriers faced by people with functional diversity in Europe. We did this through experiential dynamics, working on stereotypes, getting to know the situations of people with disabilities in Europe, getting to know key concepts, meeting activists and creating inclusive activities. - Developing participants' creative skills (including the ability to use art as a tool for social change), by practicing different artistic techniques (especially fine arts) and creating an exhibition to raise awareness of the situation of people with functional diversity. - Creation of a local event in collaboration with Malaga NGOs to promote the project's mission and the Erasmus plus programme, in which the creations and performances of our participants will be the basis of the event. - Development of a virtual platform (blog) in which to create a virtual exhibition of our participants' creations. We have created a series of permanent instagram stories with the results. - Promote the Erasmus plus programme in the local community through the event in collaboration with other associations during the project, through virtual platforms and through the dissemination and follow up actions of our partners. - Development of competences and values that lead participants to be "role models" in the fight against social exclusion of people with functional diversity, not only by understanding the situation, but also by acting in their daily life towards social inclusion.
