This project stems from the concern to improve the skills and abilities of youth workers when facing international projects. Our organization is convinced of the great value that organizations bring to work on international projects, but we are also aware of the difficulties involved. With this project we want to improve the capacity of international project management by youth workers as well as establish links for future joint projects. The objectives of this project are: O1- Improve the skills and abilities of youth workers in the management of european/ International projects. O2- Enhance the european/ International dimension in the activities organized by the partner organizations. O-3 Promote the assumption of multilingualism and interculturality as a vehicle to reinforce European cohesion. O4-Generate Tools that help youth workers to motivate young people join to International projects, making special impact on young people at risk of social Inclusion. O5-Create a space to promote new projects with the participating organisations.
