Objectives of the project with youth exchange "The Power of Image": - To promote intercultural dialogue, diversity, and tolerance among young people, including young people with fewer opportunities, coming from different cultures and countries; - To improve participants' communication, presentation, self-expression, and language skills because only people who can express their opinions can change the world around them; - Strengthen participants' knowledge of the methods and tools of photography and creative imaging as a tool to explore other cultures and their values and traditions; - To develop participants' intercultural competencies by giving them the opportunity to interact and work with young people coming from different European countries and also from the local community of the host country. - To increase the creativity and creative skills of the participants and develop their abilities to effectively use digital media effectively; - To increase participants' knowledge about the E+ Program and their KA1 and encourage participants to actively participate in the Program; - Support non-formal education-based exchange methods and techniques in all participating countries and contribute to raising the quality of the activities that participating organizations are providing in their communities. The 'Power of Images' youth exchange will produce the following outcomes aligned with the learning mobility of KA1 individuals: - Increased employability and better career prospects; The youth exchange will provide participants with the opportunity to develop a set of competencies and skills (communication, presentation, writing, creativity) that they can use in their daily life and also apply in the job search process. - Increased entrepreneurship and self-esteem; By presenting the stories in a foreign language and working in cross-cultural mixed teams, participants will have more self-confidence and a more open mind. - Increased intercultural awareness and greater awareness of the European project and EU values. Learning about other cultures will be one of the key themes of the youth exchange. Participants will have the opportunity to opportunity to explore the cultures of the participating countries and learn about the importance of respecting diversity and solidarity.
