With this project we wanted to offer climate activists the opportunity to improve their work by offering them a course in which they will be introduced to various communication philosophies that are used to create social change. The idea was to make their existing work even better and more efficient, all while learning from and with other climate activists in Europe. We wanted the participants to have the opportunity to develop their public speaking skills through theatre, exchanging ideas and experiences for campaigns/activities that promote sustainability. These were the main objectives of the project. - Discover the principles of nonviolent communication and understand how to use them to debate - Learn about the theory of "deep democracy" and understand how to use its methodologies in teamwork - Discover how to use activism as a tool to spread your messages, with a special emphasis on theater - Improve public speaking skills through drama. - Generate self-knowledge dynamics to improve teamwork skills - Share inspiration to organize new environmental awareness campaigns by sharing experiences among participants. - Stimulate a learning process that really impacts the participants by creating a safe environment and making them aware of their learning process through various reflection exercises. - Create a network of climate activists so that participants can keep in touch after the event. - Training to inspire each other to work together
