The main goal of the project was to empower participants to develop, implement, and evaluate projects that deeply mattered to them, driven by their own motivation. This translated into emotional development, improved communication skills in their native and foreign languages, promotion of cooperation and group cohesion, acquisition of new technology skills, and raising awareness about crucial issues such as the environment. Furthermore, the project aimed to create a communication network among European youth, based on European values like sustainable development. Through this network, experiences about social situations and values in different European countries were shared, fostering mutual understanding and learning from cultural differences and similarities. The project focused on youth initiative and action in their social communities, addressing topics such as creating organizations, launching projects, and reconsidering societal norms. Participants engaged in debates to identify problems, develop critical thinking, and raise awareness within their contexts. In addition to thematic aspects, the project provided practical knowledge about assembly functioning, decision-making tools and processes, democratic structures for movements and associations, mental health care during movement participation, and the introduction of practices to enhance group functioning and interpersonal relationships. In summary, the project aimed to nurture youth leadership, promote intercultural dialogue, and empower participants to create positive change in their communities and societies.
