Identifying aspects of process improvement and standardisation. - Useful documentation and how to use it: sample budget sheet, application and participation form, checklists, reimbursement sheet, etc. - How to reduce the environmental impact of a project - Designing a project at the idea level - Project writing In addition, there has been another clear objective, more transversal in nature, although a specific session has also been dedicated to it, which is the establishment of contacts between organisations and youth workers from different countries and the development of soft skills (public speaking, teamwork, problem-solving, or leadership skills) or knowledge of other cultures and strengthening cohesion between European people.
