This is a unique opportunity for project participants to share their opportunities, experiences and attitudes with other countries. Participants from different countries will also be an inspiration in preparation of the environmental project for the community. During preparation of the project they will learn how to write Erasmus+ project, define goals, intentions and basics of project management. They will face different situations and problems during organisation of the project. They will learn how to respond adequately and promptly to changes and how to deal with these situations. Teamwork in groups throughout the program will help participants improve their manager skills, assertive communication, leadership and organization.
