We want to promote creativity as central to an individual’s (as well as community’s) wellbeing and development through implementing this project. The lack of creative thinking among youngsters is the key issue we want to handle through presenting, analyzing and comparing different methods of creative thinking in the non-formal learning process. For 7 days participants will be engaged in cross-cultural learning experience working on improvement of their creative thinking skills,they will be stimulated to recognize problems they hadn’t foreseen and solutions they didn’t think existed, etc. The main aim of the Youth Exchange is to gather young people from 6 countries who will work together to maximise their creative potential, foster imagination and spontaneous activities of solving meaningful real-world tasks, generate ready‐to‐use techniques in order to be ready for the future personal and career challenges,bring these shared ideas to their local communities, build a network for the future international cooperation. The project seeks to fulfill these objectives: -To unlock the creative potential embedded in everyone -To deepen current understanding of the creative process so that everyone can engage in it -To get familiar with prove creative thinking techniques -To provide youngsters with the tools and skills to manage and deal with the world’s change effectively -To raise young people’s employment chances in the ever-changing reality -To inspire the participants to promote creative thinking skills development among their colleagues, youth -To develop tolerance and mutual solidarity The objectives and idea of the project correspond with Erasmus+ objectives as the YE will help participants to improve their attitudes, skills and knowledge, to increase the capacities,and the wish and will to take part in the democratic life in Europe as active and creative citizens. Working on the application form we took into account all requirements of Erasmus + guidebook, we paid attention to the poll and vitality of the problem. We would like to invite for the Youth Exchange the participants from 6 countries, 5 participants from each country in the age 18-29. They don’t need to have any particular experiences in the field of creative thinking but their motivation and willingness to take active part in the YE will be one of the criteria of the selection. Partner organisations will be asked to recruit the rest of the participants from various backgrounds. Project will consist of 3 main parts: 1.Preparation Stage. 2.Implementation Stage. 3.Follow Up Stage. During the project daily updates about the ongoing process will be done in social networks as Facebook,instagram,Twitter, websites of partner organizations by our participants.Participants will be encouraged to take part in meeting locals and talk about Erasmus+, in meeting NGO and learning from them by sharing their own experience.As the participants are back they will share about the project by promoting creativity, using these tools at work, with youngsters and through the implementation of the ideas created during project. After the YE the organisers will monitor visibility elements and follow-up activities online through communication with the partners. All the outcomes will be shared online. A long-term goal for the project is to raise participants' awareness of creative thinking importance in personal and professional life and stimulate them to use their potential fully everyday. We will take the risk into account: if any of group leaders will not be able to join the project, one of their NGO members will take that responsibility.If the national group decides to change the session to hold during the youth exchange, we will all agree to get the highest quality and contribution for each participant. More inclusive and open attitude towards people with different backgrounds will be developed. Participants will become more active citizen that are motivated and ready to take action, increase their chances to find jobs.
