The "Let the youth play the lead" project was a seminar for people working in the youth sector to enrich their professional skills through theatrical practice, which should be transferable to a young audience. The aim of this seminar was to bring together youth workers to exchange ideas on the integration of young people in different socio-professional contexts. In this sense, the participants will understand the interest of using theatre for social and/or professional purposes in order to promote autonomy and social and cultural openness among young people. The objectives of this project were thus multiple: - To promote intercultural encounters between the partner organisations and the participants. - To enable the participants to develop and acquire skills in theatrical expression and to integrate these methods and tools of expression into their own practice with their respective audiences. - To develop knowledge about group dynamics and issues related to the integration of young people in society.
