By implementing this project, we wanted to set up an unprecedented activity within our rural territory by bringing together young people from various parts of Europe. We wanted to develop living together, meeting others and the richness of diversity in order to fight against the withdrawal into oneself and the Euroscepticism that we observe in our rural areas. For the young people whom we receive, sometimes in academic, social or economic difficulties, we wanted to build with our partners a rewarding and constructive action by making them discover other horizons. The objectives of the project were: - promote the personal development of each participant through the exchange, encounter and practice of a language foreign - contribute to the view that each young person has on his place in society and on what he can bring to the community - promote the emergence of reflection and common communication supports for different groups of young people Europeans to help build a European identity - encourage young people to change their territorial logic, expand their living space to adopt a European, instill in it the need for geographical mobility - contribute to the cultural enrichment of the participants Finally, we wanted to integrate young people from the preparation phases until the evaluation of the project and make them actors of each stage, offer the experience to young people far from mobility, allow each young person to develop rewarding skills that we certified by giving everyone a YouthPass.
