1. The primary purpose of our youth exchange is to help our young people, through the statements above, to see more clearly the opportunities offered by the for-profit and non-profit sectors, to see the difference between different types of businesses and companies, so-called "wax inventors" can be successful entrepreneurs. 2. We pay special attention to the program elements that one of the most important questions to be answered when starting a business is what kind of problem the company solves. If you do not solve the problem, there will be no real and longer-term demand for your products or services. We would like to reflect on these with several program elements. 3. During our youth exchanges and programs in Eger, we heard the statements of countless young people that "there is no opportunity at home", "we have to go abroad", "only relationships matter in Hungary". This was confirmed by consultation with our partners, which is the same, so we found this to be a feature of Central Europe. our third objective is therefore to try to alleviate these negative attitudes among young participants. 4. And our fourth goal is to get to know the opportunities and disadvantages of other countries in an international environment, to help one another to support their ambitions and to build valuable relationships that they can use in the future. The reason for the implementation is the motivation of the young people who want to join the project and with their ideas have helped to write the application and to prepare the program plan. Many new knowledge has been added to our knowledge base and that of our partnership.
