But after the challenges we had during 2020 and 2021 caused by Coronavirus pandemic we saw that would be difficult to promote the activity in Ireland and second choice was Sweden but was also not possible and then with assent of LEARGAS was achieved in Turkey. The representatives of partners organizations after several online meetings still wanted to give more in this partnership to train youth workers to get more capacity to work for the integration ofmigrant communities in European countries. We continue with the same action for this project as way to underpin the purposes of knowledge, intervention, information, awareness-raising, minimization of risks and harm reduction associated with recreation contexts of social impact, seeking to contribute to the development in a inclusive way associated with the youth leaders and youth workers reduction migrant exclusion. This project was designed to be developed in Ireland, but was not possible due the pandemic of Covid-19 that happen during 2021 and restriction done by the Irish government to enter the country. Althought this project's aims was designed to support professional development of the current active youth leaders and youth workers in the field today, to enhance their skills and competence in the field of educational guidance and mentorship, we had to include more into main aims of project to increase the capacity of youth workers on supporting a person's rights to have a say in their own recovery and building a person's capacity as way to improve the social development for better life quality of migrant communities in European countries We made sure that this project would increase current youth leaders and youth workers' capacity to offer educational guidance and mentorship needed by young students, with a focus on those from migrant communities, develop the quality criteria on policies intervene in social development practices for youth workers and their contribution to youth organization’s needs, capacity on migrant integration in European society, train youth leaders and youth workers that can work properly with migrant communities resettlement program for advance fundamental principles of European Systems and opportunities of integration and solidarity, increase the availability among youth leaders and youth workers to work in the social and economical development, within local communities involving and open process for accepting young refugees in their actions and increase social understand on migrant communities as way to promote diversity, deepen the values of freedom, tolerance and promotion of human rights and cohesive communities. Although with difficult challenge we faced to implement fully the programme due the Covid-19 impact we kept qualifying actions as way to stimulate and encourage the generation of work opportunities, social development, as well as promote entrepreneurial vision, with subsequent insertion into the European society of migrant communities. The most difficult year we ever faced in our organization and network allowed us to see that due the Covid-19 pandemic we still had to implement the project now matter what take in consideration social constraints of current existing actions aimed at raising the skills of youth workers with few opportunities in risk situations and working-class unemployment, taking as a reference the current social division of labor in European society.
