The project aimed primarily at allowing the participants to compare themselves on the use of the Go deep methodology, exchanging their experiences and skills thus working on personal training and at the same time expanding the international group of facilitators who use the Go methodology. Deep by uniting people who participated in its creation with others who became facilitators at a later time. The seminar also wanted to reflect on the future of the network, also extending it to other entities born or entered into contact following its creation and interested in participating in common reflection, and in the use of the methodology in the various countries involved. He also intended to bring the methodology to Palermo to present it in moments open to the communities in which to involve associations and operators of the local community.

The participating associations are those that make up the Go Deep international partnership that will send at least one expert participant to the Seminar who is part of the core group of people who have created the methodology and other youth workers who are interested in training or are following the path to becoming Go Deep facilitators. For this reason the seminar will have both a value linked to the development of the methodology with specific attention to the theme of resilience and the use of the same in response to the great challenges of this era, first of all the health one due to the world pandemic, but also that of climate crisis and mass migration. At the same time, the seminar will have a strong educational value for participants who will be able to learn more about Go Deep activities and exchange ideas, good practices and working methodology with young people to be used in their work context. The seminar will also allow the partnership to think about new projects to be implemented in the future, first of all one designed in the local host community, linked to the use of Go Deep to carry out activities with young people in assets confiscated from the mafia.
