The main objective set with the implementation of the project was to create a space that allows youth workers to reflect on their role as educators, to share and learn about new and effective non-formal methodologies useful for education on human rights and 'anti-discrimination. A space in which to reflect above all on the good and bad practices adopted in the work we carry out daily in close contact with young people in these specific areas. Therefore, during the TC, youth workers had the opportunity to work on non-formal methodologies and simulation games to be used in the field of anti-discrimination, which can be implemented in local realities, through cooperation between youth organizations in order to recognize discrimination and act to prevent it.
