The project "WITH SLOW AND CAREFUL STEP BETWEEN LIMITS AND BORDERS IN THE PATH OF DISABILITIES" is a multi-action project that involved ITALY, KOSOVO, LITHUANIA, MACEDONIA, GREECE, ALBANIA, ROMANIA and only for action A1 HUNGARY was addressed to social workers, volunteers and activists who deal with helping relationships with youth with disabilities and youth with fewer opportunities, the project was developed on three activities. A mobility for youth workers, May 22-30, 2022, and as a follow-up to the training two youth exchanges took place on July 18-26, 2022 and September 12-20, 2022 A partner from Bosnia was also included in the project presentation, unfortunately due to the Russia-Ukraine war the association was engaged in this emergency and with an email dated May 20 - which we enclose - informed us of the impossibility to participate due to urgent sudden commitments. On May 17, 2022 we communicated by email addressed to Dr. Pignocco the problem regarding a participant from Kosovo who due to force majeure at the interrogation to obtain the visa had health problems (panic attacks) and did not receive the Schengen visa. We attach email with participant statement, emergency room medical report. The project provided practitioners working on the integration of individuals with disabilities and fewer opportunities with new tools and methodologies to effectively implement skills in helping relationships and refine strategies for inclusion. Actions A2-A3 The focus then expanded in carrying out the two Youth Exchanges where we devoted ourselves to the relationship between youth with and without disabilities. Also in the YEs we applied methods and tools of non-formal education, which with its innovative and versatile approach, facilitates through the methodologies based on the techniques of integrated theater, music creative writing, light painting, the creative processes of all participants, walking with the same step. The project not only allowed participants with disabilities to relate outside of known contexts, with people from all over Europe, but also and especially allowed young people without disabilities to measure themselves against what is often a taboo, a difficult approach, a prejudice. We can say that we have achieved the maximum of the goals we set ourselves, knowledge, inclusion relationship between peers beyond disability, healthy and authentic relationships, connections that we know continue even after the end of the project new friends, new possibilities, new partners to create networks of solidarity and deep listening with. In the active citizenship simulations, the participants concretely promoted inclusive processes, achieving awareness of their own value, the strength of their ideas; they experienced willingness and flexibility by collaborating with each other, overcoming moments of difficulty in an open and constructive way, overcoming limits and boundaries This moment gave us the opportunity to reevaluate many aspects of our lives and resources, review our behaviors and the changes we had to face, what social impact the pandemic had both individually and at a group level, in the various areas of our lives. The goal, to engage youth with disabilities in an integrated process with able-bodied youth, in this time of enforced limitations, focused on aspects such as; mobility, limits boundaries and individual freedom. Participants shared the changes that had occurred in their lives, clearly not adhering to their needs, as young men and women. The biggest impact was the radical change in daily lifestyle, "staying at home" changed so many aspects in established habits and new desires. We analyzed how the "Slow Pace" we had to adopt undoubtedly gave the environment "breathing space" in terms of environmental sustainability. Reflection was directed toward the question, how and what can we do to maintain a Slow Pace and make it a practice of daily environmental sustainability? There is no question that the planet has benefited, but what about ourselves? Young people with disabilities and fewer opportunities, already limited and constrained in some contingencies, how have they been able to regain strength and form? Regarding electronic media, has online life created dysfunctionality? We touched the cell phone addiction-nomophobia-by applying a "digital diet" by unplugging our cell phones, to check our addiction status. The result induced deep reflections and awareness. The A2 action scheduled for June 2022 due to force majeure -covid case within our association- has been postponed to September 2022. We attach email with all the documentation submitted to ANG
