With this project we have tried to: to. Investigate the NEET phenomenon at EU level with European partners b. Exchange good practices of active citizenship as a response to the NEET phenomenon c. Improve the soft skills of the participants so that they become active multipliers in their own realities d. Promote the Erasmus + program The project wanted to offer young people an opportunity with a high educational and inclusive value, which could be part of a path of development and growth to take action. The participants acquired a greater awareness of the NEET phenomenon. Through the activities they were able to get out of their comfort zone, acquiring a greater awareness of their strengths and weaknesses. They have increased their problem solving, communicative and creative skills. They improved their use of the English language and worked on their entrepreneurial skills in non-formal planning activities. The exchange represented an opportunity for young people with completely different personal, social and cultural backgrounds to meet, discuss and express their talents in order to have a unique and meaningful experience of intercultural exchange and participatory non-formal education.
