The "Young Music Fest" project has a time horizon of three deadlines, for which specific goals to strive for: short, medium and long term. The primary goal was to help the participants develop their skills and competencies under the careful guidance of the group-leaders, and acquire tools and knowledge that they would immediately be able to use profitably in the work environment. By doing this, young people would learn the best strategies for accomplishing teamwork, and how to conduct a SWOT analysis. Other skills they were enabled to develop included: 1) Acquisition and exploitation of knowledge regarding the topics covered by the project. 2) Mastery of communication and expressive techniques functional to the project theme but well spendable in other contexts 3) Increased skills in the creation, technical production, ideation, planning and implementation of ideas 4) Development of coordinated and coordinating thinking with a view to individual collaboration and self-advocacy and in relation to the group 5) Increased awareness of each individual's expressive potential 6) Increased self-confidence 7) Gaining awareness of youth potential and the opportunity to increase effects through networking 8) Enhancement of expressive and language skills 9) Awareness of the importance of giving visibility to one's work 10) Sense of belonging to the European community.
