Objectives

The project was born in the closing and isolation period of 2020/21, from the need for children to have spaces to express their feelings in relation to the situation and their state of being. Communication, as also evidenced by psychology, as a means to rework the lived and to connect with others. Communication in different ways and able to meet individuals with different attitudes (visual, verbal, kinesthetic,...). The main objective of the project was: Support young people (including those who have the greatest difficulty in expressing themselves: the deaf) in expressing their ideas and needs by giving them space and above all congenial tools for self-expression. Support the reworking of experience in this particular historical moment by supporting the expression of what emerges, internally, through history and sharing with others. Specifically: - support the work of expressing and reworking personal experiences through the sharing of appropriate tools; - support communication and reworking capacity through the appropriate use of storytelling and digital technologies; - support the ability to listen to oneself and manage feelings and emotions (the basis of personal stories) through a series of emotional practices and awareness; - promote active participation through the use of new methods of communication; - promoting inclusion both through technology and in direct comparison with young people with disabilities; - improve self-esteem and support self-discovery through an emotional/expressive path of personal growth towards being adults and active citizens. The objectives were and are in line with the following Erasmus + 2020 objectives: - reaching out to young people, including those who are marginalised and disabled, promoting diversity, intercultural and inter-religious dialogue, common values of freedom, tolerance and respect for human rights, as well as media literacy, critical thinking and a sense of initiative for young people; - equipping young workers with skills and methods for their professional development, including for the digital work of young people, necessary to transfer the common fundamental values of our society, in particular to young people who are difficult to achieve.
