Objectives

Starting from this common background, we tried to listen to and interpret the needs and critical/negative elements holded and expressed by project participants and we tried to transfrom them into concrete objectives, as listed here-under. Therefore with "NE.A.R. FUTURE. Neets And Refugees Inclusion, Self-empowerment and Active Citizenship" we wanted to change that. We will produce a 9 days youth exchange programe with the aim to produce the following outcomes for participants (linked to the Erasmus+ Programme as well): - spread tolerance locally and internationaly regarding to people with fewer opportunities, including migrants, refugees and asylum seekers; - increased inclusion of NEETs; - increased inclusion of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers; - increase tolerance towards these new comers and awareness about their issues within the local communities - increased inclusion of people with fewer opportunities; - increased self-esteem of NEETs, migrants, refugees and asylum seekers; - enhanced intercultural awareness; - more active participation and inclusion in society; - improved the level of their key competences - increased motivation for taking part in future (formal/non-formal) education or training - better awareness of the European project and the EU values; - increased importance of volunteering and civic engagement - improved foreign language competences; - get closer to posibilities of employment through being active citizens. With its contents the project adresses specific objectives of Erasmus + in the field of youth: above all, to address their specific needs and to improve the level of key competences and skills of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, NEEts, migrants and refugees. And to foster intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity. Addressing awareness about these issues within our local communities. All this, finally, had the aim to promote the full participation of our participants in democratic life at local level (but also in Europe, in a globalised world) and their active citizenship. With cooperation of different stakeholders active in the field of youth (training institution, regional authority and NGO) this project foster edquality improvements in youth work, in particular through enhanced cooperation between organisations in the youth field.
