Objectives

Results We Obtained by Implementing the Project Our project is designed to enable people to realize the phenomenon of cyberbullying, which is very harmful to individuals and public health, and to increase their awareness of combating it. Cyberbullying is any action taken to harass or distract someone, whether on mobile devices, instant messaging services, mail, chat rooms, or social networks. A type of cyberbullying is the transfer of all acts of violence in the real world to digital platforms. Studies have shown that this new type of bullying causes various physical and psychological disorders in individuals. Of course, technological developments affect our lives positively and most of the studies emphasize this positive aspect. However, in addition to the good aspects of a newly developing field, there are also negative aspects and side effects. At this point, the specific goals of our project are; 1-To discuss the phenomenon of violence and explain its types, 2-To investigate the factors that cause violence and bullying, 3- To raise awareness among young people about 'cyberbullying', which is the virtual face of violence that affects the health and order of society globally, 4- To examine behaviors, practices and games containing cyberbullying and determining the effects of these contents, 5-To raise awareness of young people about the negative use of technology, 6-To increase voluntary activities against insufficient studies on cyberbullying, which is the virtual reflection of violence, 7-To assist the beneficial use of the virtual world, which is used most intensively by young people, with the support of young people. Our general goals are; 1-To provide intercultural interaction, 2-To promote gender equality, 3-To enable disadvantaged groups to participate in our project, 4-To develop the creativity of young people, 5-To contribute to the fight against racism and discrimination, 6-To adopt the slogan of world citizenship, 7-To ensure that the Erasmus+ program is delivered to young people more widely. Thanks to the project we implemented, we think that we have achieved our project goals and fulfilled the main goals and priorities of the Erasmus Plus Programs.
