Considering different mental health problems, our group understood that every day we are put under pressure by different mental aspects, and here is why we came up with this project title because achieving inner peace is our purpose. The main objective was to create a social group where youth can focus on prevention measures that ensure young people are equipped with the knowledge and the skills required for better mental wellbeing. We wanted to make the promotion of social inclusion easier for young people, which is one of the main values among youngsters. Also, it was important to raise participants' awareness, addressing diversity in non-formal education and training, developing social, civic, and intercultural competences and media literacy. By implementing this project in youth exchange we want to show that this is a common problem in all cultures and countries and we need to start to fight against it.
