If we look back to 100 years before from now we will see a very advancement in almost every aspect of our lives, similarly there is lot of differences in the communication system from past to present. Digitalization is a process that has impacted nearly every field of our lives and continues to do so. The number of people, who use different digital world’s offered options keeps increasing: By 2018, the share of EU-28 households with internet access had risen to 89 %, 29 percentage points higher than in 2008. If we compare 2013 data, when 43 % of individuals aged 16 to 74 within the EU-28 used a mobile device to connect to the internet, with 2018 data, by which time this share had risen to 69 %. (Source: Eurostat) Recently, the pandemic caused by – Covid -19 outbreak has made people to revise how we see education system and learning process. The formal eduaction insitutions have come up with solutions and adaptive strategies to overcome this period of complications, however the transfer to digital youth work in non formal education hasnt been so organzied and wide - spread. Majority of youth workers and organziations are facing dificulties on how to transfer their activities into digital world and include digital approach to their youth work. This makes the time of self isolation even harder for young people who are not able to particiapte in any activities. The digital innovation and digital tools are part of our daily life and especially for young people and the Generation Z. All these reasons disclosed before are background for us to create this seminar – with this we would like to improve the digital youth work online by implementing more innovative methods and finding new approaches how to ensure the highest participation of young people. In the last years DIGCOMP framework has developed the DIGCOMPEDU the European framework for Digital Competence of Educators (2018), which has defined the approach with which educators should improve their work. Based on the DIGCOMPEDU we would like to shift that approach as a usual approach for all the youth workers and update their connectivity with young people. In our project we would like to create space for innovations and improvements of digital youth work by sharing best practices and new approaches used with young people by creating a network of youth workers who act as ambassadors for improvement of digital youth work. Our specific objectives: - To improve digital youth work and digital citizenship and explore the new methods tied to it; - To exchange experience about facilitation in interactive virtual learning through the use of digital platforms; - To share best practices on digital tools and methods of digital youth work at local and international level; - To raise competencies on how to improve communication skills by using digital tools - To boost capacity of all the organisations involved in the project and their network of different target groups by improving quality of activities; - To create a tool kit with tools shared and developed and to provide it as a free source for youth workers and organisations working in the field of youth education; - To build a network of digital youth work ambassadors which will share their knowledge and bring in new methods and digital approaches for other youth workers Our project is linked to the new European Youth Strategy - “ENGAGE” young people who will be more involved digitally through organized exchanges and debates, “CONNECT” we will create network of youth workers who will support development of young people, reaching them through digital tools, especially the ones with fewer opportunities. “EMPOWER” by raising the quality of youth work inserting new methods to be used with young people. Concerning the specific objectives of Erasmus+ Programme for Youth we believe we will be linked to “foster quality improvements in youth work, in particular through enhanced cooperation between organisations in the youth field and/or other stakeholders;” since it’s a seminar and we will create tool-kit available for everyone. Once we go instead to the objectives related to the mobility activity we believe we touch “equipping youth workers with competences and methods for their professional development, including for digital youth work, needed for transferring the common fundamental values of our society, particularly to the hard to reach young people and preventing violent radicalisation of young people as well.” by sharing good practices on digital youth work and “developing new activities which will be used by all the partners actively involved but also the targe
