The project idea of the EUTH IN YOUTH arises from the UPBEAT Music House (MT) and Check-IN Association (PT) which have several experiences with organising international mobility projects. This training course with Youth Exchange is needed to organise because with Erasmus+ Programme the number of organisations joining the Programme is increased, but not in the same way the quality of projects. It's especially hard for the newcomers in the Programme or for those starting to write and develop your first Youth Exchanges. And sometimes also in case of organisations with some more experience, we notice not total awareness about the main quality features and phases and knowledge of the Programme. UPBEAT Music House has been organizing Youth Exchanges and can count on a net of trustable partners, and a neverending process of Training in the Programme issues, concerning quality and innovation. International experience of the partners: CHECK-IN (Portugal) is coordinator on Erasmus + (KA1, KA2), ESC and Europe For Citizens. CHECK-IN is partner on Erasmus + (KA1, KA2, SPORT), ESC and Europe For Citizens. ADEL (Slovakia) is coordinator and partner on (KA1, KA2, SPORT), ESC and Europe For Citizens; Fundacio Catalunya Voluntaria – FCV (Spain) is coordinate and partner on Erasmus + KA1, ESC; The Network of Youth Engagement-Katerini – TNYEK (Greece) is coordinate and partner on Erasmus + (KA1, KA2 and KA3); Bilgi ve Beceri Dernegi-BVB (Turkey) and BEYOND (Estonia) coordinate Erasmus + KA1 and has experience in partner on Erasmus + (KA1 and KA2). The global aim of EUTH IN YOUTH is the improvement of skills for designing, writing and managing quality Youth Exchanges, with a special focus on participants with few opportunities. The project will divide in 4 steps: 1ª TC in Marsaxlokk (MT) - Designing, writing and managing quality Youth Exchanges; 2ª Preparation of the group with fewer opportunities for YE + APV Online ZOOM; 3ª YE in Marsaxlokk - Coordinate, organize and develop a YE with fewer opportunities; 4ª Local events – Develop a good dissemination plan + create outputs of the TC. During all process the Trainers support and mentoring before, during and after activities OBJECTIVES:1.Provide youth workers with know-how for planning and developing Youth exchanges and improving their project management competences focusing on each phase of the project life, partnership and communication; 2.Increase the understanding of different quality aspects of youth exchanges such as: project design connecting topics, objectives and activities, cooperation with partners, intercultural learning, learning assessment, impact and results; 3.Provide introduction to the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme, focusing on main features and priorities (mainly for newcomers to the programme); 4.Critically reflect upon their previous international youth exchange experience(s) - good and bad practices- as coordinators or as partners; 5.Support participants in putting in practice the learnings gained, submitting quality application forms to their NAs (through planning project ideas in partnership during one TC session and offering a mentoring support after the TC); 6.Experience a non-formal learning process and understand how to support young people's learning process in the project; 7. Facilitate the creation of partnership for further projects among the organisations (through the positive exchange among experienced and newcomers' organisations) 8.Strenghten participants and organisations competences and capability in youth work and international dimension and cooperation. 9.Enhancing Non-Formal education methods and recognition of NFE learnings (outputs production: website and Booklet)
