With the training for youth workers, Mytikas aims to spread the developed knowledge and creative working methods in working with youngsters with a difficult and/ or migrant background. Mytikas aims to increase the capacity of youth workers in using theater to develop talents and competences of youth at risk. By training youth workers from different organizations we hope to help young NEETS and migrants to find their way in society and to empower them. It helps them to function in a changing, and sometimes new, society. Mytikas links with this training to the Erasmus+ objectives of social inclusion and active citizenship.
