The Cherry International Foundation and its partners wanted to empower entrepreneurship and stimulate entrepreneurial learning to youngsters with fewer opportunities, coming from rural areas during and after the Just Arrange It project. Through Just Arrange It the participating youngsters wanted to become more aware of their possibilities in becoming an entrepreneur and increase their skills and competences through exchanging information on how entrepreneurship works in every country and region of the partners. In this way they learnt more on how to create their own job and generate an own income in the future, they believed it was necessary since the youth unemployment rate is high in most of the regions where all partners work in the Just Arrange It project. We focussed on social entrepreneurship mainly since this aspect is both good for the society and for creating an own job. The objectives of Just Arrange It are: - To give the opportunity to 46 youngsters with fewer opportunities to participate in one youth exchange - To make youngster realise their potential, to practice this and encourage initiative-taking - To exchange best practices regarding social entrepreneurship and to stimulate entrepreneurial learning - To let the participants of the exchange organise an activity for 20 youngsters (aged 13-30) together with the partner organisations after the exchange with the theme 'social entrepreneurship'. - To work towards creating, expressing and implementing individual personal and professional goals through group work and peer support, while taking concrete actions towards their goals
