The project “YE-Live green Save Green” was focused on inter-cultural exchange, which includes working together in international team and raise the awareness of environmental issues first between peers and participants of the project and afterward to our local societies. The project aimed to contribute to educated youth about environmental education; to support and to increase their skills in solving environmental issues, which are harmful effects of human activities on the biophysical environment. Through the project “YE-Live green Save Green”, we promoted environmental inclusion and building network among youth from different countries. The activities done during the YE contributed to encourage youth on how to prevent pollution, and the participants of the project spread information about environmental problems, solving ways and about Erasmus + opportunities to the local community using different ways. The objectives were: 1) To provide participants with the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes on the inclusion of young people in activities which are connected to environmental issues; 2) To share experience and examples of good and bad practices by methods of non-formal education and learning from each other; 3) The purpose of this project is to make awareness of youth about pollution; 4) To find ways how to solve environmental problems in each country; 5) To spread the information among young people how to prevent pollution; 6) To share opinions, approaches, experience, and information on environmental situation and issues among participating countries; 7) Promoting healthy lifestyle activities for young people, in terms of environmental protection; 8) To raise awareness about recycling through artistic activities and workshops among young people; 9) Increasing the awareness about environmental pollution and its effect on our health; 10) Empower young people in active citizenship taking responsibility in their countries and participating in the decision making process regarding the protection of the environment; 11) To give young people an example of cooperation on the international level and encourage them to undertake similar activities in the future; The project unite youth from 6 countries (Norway, Italy, Georgia, Armenia, Greece and Hungary), they exchanged knowledge about environmental problems in their home countries and share ideas how to protect the earth, our health and reduce pollution, also how to convert waste materials into new products to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution, and water pollution, how to reuse building and etc. During the project the participants not only increase their knowledge and skills, also they made first steps to be multipliers and to spread information. They implemented Activities “Take care about Environment” a, which is one of the successful achievements during the implementation phase. The activities done duirng the YE had several aims: The local youth saw that people from different countries are united to learn and to take care about environment, they received information about Erasmus + opportunities, hopefully they were motivated to reuse materials, and to think about taking care of the planet they live on. The project also promoted tolerance, pluralism and respect, exchange ‘best practice’ experiences of multicultural societies and encourage cross-border cooperation. The participants became familiar with different countries' interethnic coexistence, make valuable contacts.
