Through the IMPRODRAMA 2.0 partners and participants want to develop their competances in using theatrical methodology for youth empowerment especially the youth with fewer opportunities and NEETs groups. Partners wants to increase the quality of youth work implemented by their youth workers, youth leaders and members. They want to promote the Erasmus+ programme, learning mobilities, solidarity, social inclusion, cooperation, interculutral dialogue. Participants want to develop their competances, they want to learn more about diverse theatrical methodology, they want to increase thier trainers competances, learn how to increase the quality of their activities applying feedback to their approach and how to develop the educational activities based on experiential learning. Through this project they want to develop their competnaces (knowledge, attitude, skills) in developing the quality non-formal activities based on theatre methodology through experiencial learning for youth empowerment. Objectives: -Developing competences for proficient use of non-formal education instruments and tools of theatrical methodology for youth empowerment -Equipping participants, partners, youth workers and youth organisations with tools for youth empowerment based on theatrical methods to work with youth, youth with fewer opportunities and NEETs -Introducing to participants the values and principles of experiential learning as nonformal education approach for youth empowerment -Providing the possibility to create, develop, implement and improve the educational activities for youth empowermenr based on theatre methodology -Discussing and developing the ways of integration the theatre methodology as non-formal education activities to the formal education system. -Increasing the soft skills, language skills and competeances of participants. -Promoting social inclusion, solidarity, tolerance and intercultural dialogue. -Increasing the networking and partnership between partners and proffesional networking of participants -Promoting the Erasmus+ programme and Youthpass as recognition of competances gained during the NFE activities.
