The aim of the "Critical Workers" project was to counteract mobbing and stimulate critical thinking among young people who may face disfunctional dynamic in their professional environment. Objectives were empowering young people with competences to prevent workplace bullying, rasing awareness on the negative patterns and manipulation techniques, as well as learning the provisions of labor law and the methods of its enforcement in their countries. Considering the prevalence of mobbing, we consider it crucial to educate young people about their rights and obligations in relation to the employer and legal provisions that apply to mobbing in the workplace. Young people with little work experience and often limited prospects for finding employment are particularly vulnerable to mobbing, manipulation and other forms of abuse. Through increasing their knowledge and assertive attitudes they will be able to recognize the signs of mobbing, to prevent it or lower its negative effects in a long term. Among the topics covered by the project were the negative consequences of mobbing experienced by victims and entire organizations. In order to find strategies preventing mobbing we included the topic of best practices and signs of well-functioning organizations, responsible leadership, career planning and the importance of matching the position to professional predispositions and personality of employee.
