We want to implement this project, because in the age of digitisation and multimedia saturation, the challenge for people working with youth is to get and keep the attention of young people for longer. Traditional methods seem not only archaic, but also ineffective in reaching out to young people as well as in implementing attractive educational activities. In the era of constantly developing new technologies, it is hard to imagine working without the internet, computer or smartphone. The project has the following objectives: -equip 20 people working with youth with knowledge and skills in the use of new technologies in youth work -raise the competences of youth workers in the field of non-formal education methods -inspire participants to introduce new technologies as a permanent element in their daily work with young people -provide participants with specific tools and train them to use them -create a space for participants to exchange experiences, establish contacts and build partnerships -gain new experience in project implementation in a new theme and new composition by increasing the quality of the organization's human capital, increase the organizational potential of the partners -establish or strengthen partnerships between our organizations -have a positive impact on the quality of local projects and programs for youth -modernise educational activities by introducing new interactive tools in them -as a result, more effectively influence young people, increase the reach and quality of their activities
