Partner organizations have been actively working for young people for years, supporting them in achieving their goals, achieving their passions and interests, and providing opportunities for personal development, with particular emphasis on people with fewer opportunities. The partners, having become acquainted with the idea of the youth, decided to provide substantive, logistic and organizational support to the participants, all the more so that the activities are in line with the statutory objectives of the participating organizations. In addition, observations of own partners show that modern youth are not socially active. The feeling of helplessness and confusion deepens the inability to join the mainstream of civil life. The main problem, i.e. low social activity, is associated with low levels of participation in social events. Young people say that they do not feel strong enough to social activity, they do not know where to start, they do not understand that they can affect social issues, what is happening around and thus also affect their own life, making it more valuable and comfortable. Considering the above, the organizations want to equip young active people with tools and skills that will enable them to actively participate in social life, acquire / increase their journalism skills, so that they can continue their education in this direction and become journalists in the future. The main goal of the project is to increase theoretical knowledge and practical skills by 60 participants necessary to perform the work of a journalist, increase involvement in public life. The implementation is to enable them to engage in various activities for the benefit of others, their communities, and in the creation, implementation and monitoring of public policies. The experience and skills gained will open or strengthen their educational and career path. Participation in the project will allow you to learn the secrets of civic journalism, in addition, you will start or develop social work, including within NGOs.
