We intend to implement the project "Theater as a Tool for Achieving Social Goals" because we see huge potential in issues of theater, performing arts, acting in the context of creating and using tools to achieve social goals, especially in relation to youth issues. Opening up to interpersonal relationships, overcoming limitations, redirecting attention to activities related to culture and art, developing passion and creativity, learning to express yourself are not only attitudes and skills related to the profession of an actor, but also skills that shape healthy, ambitious, not afraid of society challenges. How much role young people play in every society and how they influence the development of their potential, probably no one needs to be explained. For people like us whose domain and sometimes even life mission is working with young people, the problems that today's young people are struggling with are very well known. As people who care about the fate of young people, we are constantly looking for ways to reach them, activate them and strengthen them on many levels. As for one thing, we have full compliance, issues about theater, performing arts, acting can be a trampoline for young people that will allow them to break free from a difficult environment, stagnation, stagnation and a state of not coping with overcoming their own limitations. We have the intuition that several meetings on the theater stage can bring more benefits to youth than hundreds of conversations, translations, changing their habits by force, applying bans and penalties, etc. We are convinced that as soon as we "arm ourselves" with tools (knowledge, experience, skills) that allow us to use the potential of theater, performing arts, acting, the way to achieve social goals related to influencing young people, setting the path for development and creating a safe path for them space to strengthen yourself from the mental side, overcoming your own limitations, stimulating creativity, will be open to us. The goal of our project is: 1) establishing cooperation in the field of using theater, theater and acting as tools for achieving social goals (especially in relation to youth) with representatives of as many as 10 non-governmental organizations from EU territories, 2) exchanging opinions, good practices, inspiration, knowledge, experience of working with young people and using for it the issues related to theater, theater arts, acting in a group of up to 30 people from as many as 10 EU countries, 3) building the basis for establishing the main topic of the project cooperation project that will be used by young people associated in our organizations as well as young people forming our local communities, 4) getting acquainted with the issues of puppet theater, improvised theater, pantomime, art theater to significantly expand their range of opportunities to create opportunities for young people to delve into theater related to theater, performing arts, acting and thus personal development, 5) acquisition of practical knowledge in the basics of introducing youth to the world of theater (introduction to acting / body awareness and stage movement / voice awareness, strength and correctness of pronunciation) 6) acquisition competences in supporting young people in the process of getting used to performances on large stages, overcoming limitations, coping with stressful situations 7) obtaining knowledge of how theater works and what model relations on the theater line should look like, 8) developing awareness and getting inspiration on issues related to European theater
