We decided to implement the project "Be online at work! Be free in life!" to gain knowledge and experience at the threshold of our life, educational and professional choices about what online work is, what opportunities and threats it brings, and how it can affect our lifestyle. We also intended to juxtapose online work with personal freedom in order to find out if this correlation really always occurs and if it always has a positive effect. Another important premise motivating us to implement the project was the desire to create or expand our network of international contacts, as well as to create opportunities for international development for both our participants and our organizations. The main goal of our project was to create a reality in which we would have the opportunity to "see for ourselves" what online work is, what is its specificity, what competences or predispositions are needed to move freely in this matter and be successful. By participating in the project, we intended to become aware of the possibilities that lie ahead of us if we connect our professional path with online work. The aim of our project was also to create opportunities for us to: meet in a group of young people from as many as 6 countries, open up to international cooperation that so often accompanies online work and overcoming our own limitations as well as the stereotypical approach to people from other countries. Opening up to work online means opening up to the whole world, broadening the perspective through which we look at our life and the world, realizing that "sky is no limit" even if we live in such small towns as Tarnowiec, Ostrava, Tryavna, Targu Jiu or some larger ones, such as Vilnius and Bratislava, which, however, in terms of civilization, differ significantly from the largest European metropolises.
