The main goal of the " International Youtubers in action!" is to increase key competences and skills related to creation and placing audiovisual productions on the popular YouTube website by organizing youth exchanges from Poland and Ukraine. During young people exchanges: - deepen knowledge and skills necessary to use the media, including to run a YouTube channel, - increase language and interpersonal skills - increase knowledge about respect for human rights, freedom, equality, tolerance and promote these values in the audiovisual productions they create, - increase their creativity, entrepreneurship, independence and self-esteem, - they will become more brave, - increase the ability to cope with stress, - increase intercultural awareness, - establish international contacts, learn about the culture, tradition and customs of the countries they come from, - create an international YouTube channel as a result of joint work, - increase the motivation to continue participating in non-formal education after returning from mobility and to improve learning outcomes. The young people taking part in the exchange are enthusiasts of modern media, wanting to develop their interests in the creation of audiovisual productions. Participation in the exchange will allow them to broaden their knowledge, gain new skills and exchange experiences. The very idea of the exchange itself is the idea of both groups, which provides each participant with the opportunity to influence decisions regarding the organization of the exchange and not just participation in the her. By participating in youth exchanges, young people will acquire basic competences that will make a significant contribution to their personal and socio-educational development. After returning from an exchange, they will be more involved in social life, while at the same time their employability will improve. They will become more confident, open, creative and thus more efficiently move you on the job market in the future. Participation in the exchange for both groups is primarily a chance to expand personal development, acquire specific skills related to the preparation of audiovisual productions and navigating the world of modern media. Activities planned in the project create the possibility of active action. The youth will be supported by leaders and other people involved in the project, but the main work will belong to the Polish and Ukrainian groups. Participants will become active listeners ready to take active actions and adopt active attitudes. By participating in the project, young people will also have knowledge of foreign languages - above all English, but also Polish and Ukrainian, which will be an additional and interesting experience for them. In addition, the international contacts they establish can be an introduction to further activities undertaken jointly after the project has been completed. Exchange participants will take part in youtubers' workshops, where under the guidance of a professional they will train their workshop. They will learn how to build a channel, publish, record materials, assemble and publish them. I will acquire new knowledge, share experiences I have already gained, work and create together. The result of their joint work will be an international YouTube channel, which will be run by groups also after the end of the project. The main topic that wants to move young people during the exchange is freedom, respect for human rights, equality and tolerance. Audiovisual productions and a common, international YouTube channel, which will be created during the exchange will focus on these values. Young people want to reach with this important message to other young people in the world. They are well aware of the fact that today's youth are not interested enough in issues related to respect for human rights, tolerance, non-discrimination or cultural diversity. That is why they want to promote these values among them. Using the YouTube channel will be an excellent way to reach your peers and promote them among them values. The project meets the objectives of European and national strategies: 1. "Education and training 2020" - the concept of lifelong learning and mobility will be implemented. We want students to acquire qualifications, skills and knowledge, both by studying at school, but also by being in an international environment during organized youth exchanges. 2. Europe 2020 Strategy - By participating in youth exchanges, students will improve their competences, skills, including social, organizational and language skills, thanks to which the risk of their poverty and social exclusion in the future will be reduced. 3. Objectives of the Strategic Framework for European Cooperation - the project implements the concept of lifelong learning and mobility, increases creativity and innovation, including entrepreneurship among young people.
