By implementing this project we would like to increase the capacity of NGO’s and professional development of 19 participants (Youth Disability workers, leaders, teachers, educators, trainers, facilitators, career counselors, volunteers). Within the scope of the project, the aim is to determine the learning needs of participants with disabilities and to produce learning outcomes in the field of unemployment and job seeking skills. The need to stem the rise in Unemployment among people with disabilities in Europe posing this project a sort of army fighting unemployment among people with disabilities. The objectives of the projects are: - Raising the performance of education and non-formal training systems, -Strengthening the professional profile of the youth workers, partner’s personnel (including teachers, Disability workers, leaders and educators), -To identify and research concepts for best practices of increasing employment among people with disabilities. - To be able to promote and use Erasmus+ Program with young people for reducing the marginalization and stimulate mobility as a chance for increasing their competences, active participation and inclusion.
