Through the implementation of the project, we intended to promote common European values, support social integration, increase intercultural understanding, strengthen the sense of belonging to a community and counteract radicalization. Because of Erasmus+, we wanted to join the social life of our disadvantaged backgrounds from Poland, Hungary and Lithuania. We wanted to become international, learn more about active forms of spending free time, raise the role of sport and physical activity, and realize its importance in our everyday lives. We did not want to be helpless, we wanted to be flexible, innovative and change a lot. The project was aimed at: protecting life, promoting sport, physical activity, a healthy lifestyle, shaping proper eating habits, making people aware of the dangers of an unhealthy lifestyle, stimulating them to work on themselves, activating them, creating positive role models among young people, comparing observations, habits, life, open to diversity, to the disabled, tolerance, respect for human dignity, freedom, we wanted to show that despite the fact that we come from smaller towns, we are equal, to promote justice, solidarity and equality between women and men, we also wanted to deepen our knowledge of other cultures, their history and the ERASMUS + Program.
