The aim of the project was to give young people the role of an active player in their own project and to deal with the problems they faced they encounter in everyday life and which they have identified as most important to them. They included strengthening relations with nature, sustainable development as well as cooperation in a multicultural group. Developing yours professional competence, English language, increasing self-confidence and fostering international friendships was as an integral part of this exchange. Youth exchange "Naturally" met the following objectives of the Erasmus + program: - Reducing youth unemployment. The Youth Exchange gave young people important skills professional (construction of nesting boxes), design work, as well as work in an international environment. planning youth exchange, young people cooperated to achieve the jointly set goal of the project and they perform a lot of preparatory work. During the exchange, the participants developed their language and working skills in group gained experience in running various workshops. Young people at the planning stage of this project together set its goals, planned activities and workshops as well as the schedule and discussed logistics issues - organizational. The activities indicated above developed in the participants skills that prepare young people for reference success in your future professional life. - Supporting innovation, cooperation and reforms. Strong cooperation between our countries and partner organizations has been realized during this project and will continue to be continued as part of subsequent youth exchanges and joint projects. Our network is strong and the actors are committed to common goals. Everyone is an equal participant in our partner network, which aims to increase the active involvement of young people in action and in self-determination and active and conscious management of their personal and professional lives. - Reducing early school leaving. A youth exchange increases a young person's enthusiasm for continuing or returning to the education system - existing experience of international youth work confirm the fact that youth exchange projects motivate young people to be interested in new topics and finding your strengths and discovering your talents.
