Together, this group of partners wanted to provide & achieve the following goals: • To promote and foster marginalized or with few opportunities inclusion in the labor market or access to tools for self-employment; • Capacitate our target group to be youth leaders and youth animators to trigger start new actions that create positive impact; • Learn together and share simple but efficient solutions that can lead to better urban communities & sustainability – promoting self-development and skills acquisition that can lead to better employment opportunities; • Use non-formal methodology using group dynamics that provide guidance and a safe environment on the process of learning to learn and development of new attitudes; • Find together creative alternatives/ backups to the current system - that can lead to self-employment opportunities for youngsters; • To explore the tool Permaculture and its perspectives - km0, food security, creating yield and urban gardening, etc; • To promote an active, meaningful and healthier lifestyles- We have the obligation as NGO´s to give these marginalized youngsters and communities opportunities that provide them with better alternatives and eco-solutions; • To promote Intercultural learning and European citizenship – by offering a glimpse of the benefits of being in a multicultural society, that defends freedom of speech and human rights; • Capacitate our target group to be youth leaders and youth animators to trigger start new actions that create a positive impact.
