I. REASONS Along their path, young people tend to go through several transitions that usually give rise to challenges and uncertainties about their future. Therefore, it is essential that organizations active in the field of youth are attentive to this reality and develop actions that allow for involving, connecting and training young people, making them able to contribute to a positive change in society. Thus, the importance of encouraging the active participation of young people in society, the development of skills, the appreciation of dynamics based on the methodology of non-formal education and the recognition of entrepreneurship (which, in the context of this project, was social entrepreneurship) emerges. and social innovation as a way of encouraging young people to take control of their lives and as a driver of social inclusion and youth employability. In particular, the Europe 2020 Strategy constitutes a frame of reference for European and national policies with regard to economic growth and job creation in society, namely by investing in smart, inclusive and sustainable growth. Based on these guidelines, the consortium planned a Seminar to share know-how, methodologies, good practices and experiences in the field of youth, aimed at promoting social inclusion, active participation and youth employability, with a special focus on entrepreneurship and innovation. To this end, in this activity, we had debate and reflection based on the experience of AJ active in the scope of the mentioned themes together with the expertise of trainers specialized in the themes and methodology of non-formal education. II. OBJECTIVES GENERAL OBJECTIVE: promotion of social inclusion and youth employability, namely by focusing on the development of skills (in particular, entrepreneurship) and encouraging active participation and social innovation. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: Share good practices that allowed AJ to: -Improve their ability to intervene with young people, bringing their intervention closer to their needs, aspirations, challenges and expectations; - Raise awareness of young people, stakeholders and the community in general to the importance of non-formal education dynamics in the development of skills in young people; -Foster entrepreneurship and social innovation among young people with a view to encouraging their social inclusion, active participation in society and employability; -Recognize other practices, experiences, know-how, tools and working methods (included in the methodology) that facilitate the transformation of ideas into value by young people; - Dialogue with official, governmental, economic and social bodies, with decision-making power in the field of education, social inclusion, entrepreneurship and employability to solve the challenges of youth; -Promote actions in cooperation with other entities to promote inclusion, active participation and employability at the national and international level. Therefore, we intend to respond to the problem of social exclusion and youth unemployment, arising from the low active participation of young people in society and the lack of commitment to social innovation dynamics and the development of skills in young people (in particular, entrepreneurship). In view of the current world scenario (COVID-19) this problem has worsened and it was essential to develop activities that promote its resolution.
