The effects of global warming, which causes changes in the world climate system, are felt all over the world from the highest peaks to the ocean depths, from the equator to the poles. Arctic glaciers are melting, sea water levels are rising and land losses in coastal areas are increasing day by day. For example, since the late 1960s, there has been a 10 percent reduction in snow cover in the Northern Hemisphere. It was determined that there was an increase of 10-25 cm in sea level in the 20th century. The United Nations report on the subject was announced in February 2007 in Paris, France. In the report, the possible effects of global temperature increase were summarized as follows. According to this report; At 2+ degrees; water will start to get scarce. Sandstorms in North America will destroy agriculture. Sea levels will rise. 10 million people in Peru will suffer from water shortages. Coral reefs are expected to disappear. 30 percent of the species on the planet will face extinction. At 5+ degrees; Sea levels will rise almost 5 meters. Average sea level will be 70 meters. The world's food stocks will be depleted. At 6+ degrees; Migrations will begin. Hundreds of millions of people are expected to start migrating with the hope of living in better climatic conditions. Global warming, which can have effects much worse than these, is gnawing away our blue world like moths looting the duvet. Due to global warming, which we increasingly feel the effects of, many animals abandon their migration habits, many plant and animal species are disappearing, fresh water resources are drying out, glaciers are melting and sea water levels are rising. In the light of all this information, our purposes in this project were; *To bring global warming to people's agenda, to draw attention to it, *To raise awareness about the factors that cause global warming, *To ensure that participants have information about the consequences of global warming, *To avoid harmful behaviors that may cause global warming (reducing water consumption, stopping the use of aerosol, minimizing the use of personal vehicles etc.), *To ensure that participants are aware of the measures taken against global warming, *To create environmental awareness in people, *To provide equal opportunities by including young people with fewer opportunities in the project, *To increase the visibility of Erasmus +, *To ensure that different cultures interact with each other, *To ensure that local people and participants are away from discriminatory, sexist and racist attitudes By carrying out this project, we aimed to achieve these goals and took the first step for doing so. We also supported this process with the dissemination and sustainability activities we carried out.
