We carried out this project with the aim of incorporating refugees into youth work in the context of non-formal education Our project aimed and had as central points, to strengthen the competence of youth workers and leaders, applying suitable approaches to increase the integration of marginalised young people, ethnic minorities and immigrants. We intended to contribute to this strengthening methodologies by using non-formal education methods, for this we set as objectives: - Ensure that young immigrants or young people of immigrant origin are brought into society and their problems and difficulties are understood; - To create strategies in the field of youth work in order to increase the quality of the services developed for emigrant and immigrant youth; - To discover the role of youth workers in socialisation strategies in educational services; - To create and implement local activities for the inclusion of refugee and immigrant youth; - Strengthen the links between organisations working in the field of youth and individuals; It was intended to carry out this project with the aim of incorporating work with refugees in the context of youth work and non-formal education. Our project aimed to strengthen the methods and processes of inclusive education and create synergies between the participating organisations, strengthen the competence of youth workers and leaders, using suitable approaches and methodologies to increase the integration of young people from ethnic minorities and immigrants of diverse origin.
