The purpose of this youth exchange proposal was to create an encouraging environment in which the participants use elements of non-formal education for the purpose of their personal and professional development, so as to increase their chances of workforce integration. To attain the above goal, we have achieved the following 4 objectives: 1. we provided a theoretical framework needed for a group of 28 participants from 7 countries, meant to conceptualize and raise awareness of the causes that make it difficult for young people to integrate into the labor market, together with the associated risks. 2. we facilitated the exploration of the personal abilities and potential of the 28 participants through the realization of 4 sessions over 2 days, of personal development in order to become aware of the talents and values they own. 3. 28 participants got involved in 4 days of non-formal activities meant to develop their social, civic and multicultural skills and attitudes necessary for sustainable integration in the work market, as well as promote European values with young people. 4. the project offered the 28 participants the opportunity to demonstrate their capacity to exercise their skills and knowledge acquired in the project by creating 8 workshops that they held for 200 pupils from Colegiul Teologic Reformat high school from Targu Secuiesc, Covasna, Romania.
