Through this project, we wanted to give visibility to the challenges, problems and needs of young people with fewer opportunities from the local communities of the partner organizations and to strategically address them in future youth policies. Therefore, through this project we aimed: To develop among a number of 32 youth workers from 15 countries the necessary skills for the strategic approach to the challenges of young people with fewer opportunities in initiatives to develop/complete inclusive youth public policies, developed together with decision-makers and young people with fewer opportunities; To develop the capacity of 32 youth workers from 15 countries to build, stimulate and support the collaboration between young people and decision-makers by planning and implementing 15 advocacy campaigns to convince public authorities of the importance of collaboration with young people and the NGO environment. To develop among 32 youth workers the necessary skills for planning, financing and implementing at least 5 future structured dialogue projects, relevant to the concrete needs of young people with fewer opportunities from the local communities of the partner organizations.
