The global aim of FACTOR was to "investigate" the role of Facilitator in all its complexity. Also to face and approach the different styles for different learners, through a path of self-awareness of the participants on their own learning styles. The central part of the TC was directed to empower fundamental skills for a facilitator (positive communication and feedback, Intercultural communication, communication and relationships, debriefing, how to create a good learning environment,..). Last part of the TC was about practicing: in groups participants have been challenged in design a Workshop program and in performing it, according to the inputs received in the previous days. After the TC, at home, participants implemented a workshop with their youth (learners) on a chosen topic- (on support, participants could count on 1 month of mentoring by the Trainers). Non formal methods as Presentations, Teamwork, Video, Coaching, Role-play, World Cafe, Project design, experiential activities, Blog and Booklet creation, assessment and evaluation tools. THE OBJECTIVES WERE: 1. to provide young workers with a space for reflection on their role, experiences, values and fears; 2. To increase the skills in different areas of youth activity (communication, conflict management, problem solving, ..) to deal with the main fears and overcome them. 3. Supporting the participants to put into practice the lessons learned, designing and conducting small workshops as a final task; 3. Strengthening the skills and capacities of participants and organizations in youth work and international dimension and cooperation. 4. Facilitating the creation of partnerships for future projects between organizations (for positive changes in organizations); 5. Improving non-formal education methods and recognizing non-formal learning - Creating results (a daily blog and final photo reports) to disseminate in order to contribute to empowerment, self-esteem and skills of youth workers
