Through The Art Of Debriefing project, the aim was to train youth workers with the transversal competence of critical thinking which can be integrated in the process of facilitating and reflecting on non-formal activities. The objectives of the project were: 1. training 24 youth workers during an 8-day training course on how to use the elements of critical thinking in the process of facilitation and reflection. 2. identifying a strategy to facilitate non-formal education activities for 24 youth workers from 7 countries during an 8-day training course. 3. improving the quality of educational activities for youth workers from 7 countries.
