The "Inclusion+" project aimed to promote the value of inclusive communities for young people. Objectives: 1. Developing knowledge related to social rights and social inclusion of vulnerable young people. 2. Developing skills to combat hate speech against vulnerable groups in online and offline. 3. Creating tools for working with vulnerable young people and the importance of social inclusion. 4. Developing skills to implement local actions, online and offline campaigns and initiatives against social exclusion and hate speech. 5. Developing skills and knowledge to involve the local stakeholders in youth inclusion activities.
