Today more than ever is necessary fully commitment to inclusion, equality and non-discrimination of all young people with fewer opportunities and especially those who are socially excluded and multiply marginalized and discriminated. BEYOND INCLUSION: FILM-MAKING & DIGITAL STORY-TELLING is a Youth Exchange, which will involve Programme countries with the main aim to empower and build capacity of youth workers, volunteers, youth activists, agents of social change and creative members of organizations for filming short movies about own perceptions of the social exclusion, poverty, disability, omelessness and migration. Through this 8-days Youth Exchange the participants will develop competencies for their work with young people on promoting social inclusion by using film-making and digital story-telling methodology. In the current COVID-19 pandemic, inclusive social protection is even more vital to protect young people who are already, in normal times, at a higher economic and social risk. Because young people are disproportionately affected by unemployment, the COVID-19 pandemic will likely drastically increase unemployed youth, a population already overrepresented in the informal еcomnomy. The labour market disadvantages faced by young people also affect their access to other social protection schemes like health insurance. This project will encourage youth to connect all the organizations, institutions and stakeholders with people with fewer opportunities and socially excluded people in their communities to cooperate and to work together. All the participants will gain the knowledge and methods which they will be able to share in their communities, with other young people, especially with people with fewer opportunities. Mission of this project is to support marginalised groups to be included and to show them that they have their place in communities, that they have their right, not only on paper, or in some documents. This mission is also human, which will connect participants on the Youth Exchange to work like a youth network, together with ideas which can affect on a global level. Using digital tools and story-telling method, participants will be closer and more connected to the problems of social inclusion/exclusion. They will create short films according to the daily life stories, examples which they encounter everyday about the people who are excluded from society or living in deep poverty. Stories which will be created and filmed need to show the reality of the society but to encourage the same society to react in order to support people with fewer opportunities. Also, participants will become educated Youth workers and peer to peer educators in social inclusion/exclusion field who are actively affected by their communities and society. Specific objectives of the project are: - To gain knowledge and skills for youth about social inclusion and exclusion, through non-formal learning, peer to peer activities and using short films and story telling method - To involve young people from Europe that have no opportunities to stand out in their communities with the topic about social inclusion/exclusion - To empower young people who will participate in this project to investigate their communities and to teach them how to include excluded people in their communities and make social interventions by films. - According to investigation, to teach participants how to create short movies (using digital tools), and to create them by story-telling method that cover a range of digital narratives to refer to film-making but it has been used also to describe advertising and promotion efforts by organizations and individuals - Promotion of the European values through intercultural activities - To promote New Programme for period 2021 -2027 and opportunities which this program is providing
