Through the execution of this project, our goal was to enhance the understanding of a healthy lifestyle among young individuals. We aimed to provide youth with a holistic perspective, coupled with the development of media literacy and digital skills, and by doing so empowering young people to be able to make informed decisions about their health and life. The objectives of the project were: - To create a space for young people from various countries that ensures understanding of diversity and inspires cooperation and learning from each other (European values) - To enhance knowledge about current trends, challenges and opportunities in young people’s lives from various countries (Cohesive societies) - To broaden young people's knowledge on health (including mental health) and healthy lifestyle - To inspire young people to be better/ more self-aware digital citizens - To equip young people with necessary tools and empower them for action (youth activism) - To build a network of young people from various countries and backgrounds that will be of use for future cooperation and projects.
