With the implementation of the project, we wanted to offer a quality international experience Wood Badge course to 18 participants, 12 of them from foreign countries. They were not able to get this kind of experience within their national organization, because such a course with an internationally recognized license had not been organized. We measured the goal through participation in the course. We wanted to provide participants with the experience of an international Wood Badge course, through which they would learn first-hand the differences and similarities of scouting and working with young people in other countries. The goal was measured through the number of different participating national scout organizations. We wanted eighteen participants to deepen their understanding of scouting through learning about the mission, vision, specific methods and activities, and thus a personal desire to spread this mission among other young volunteers. In this way, we wanted to respond to the needs of youth workers, how to prepare a quality program that will be interesting for members. We wanted to hand over to the participants all the necessary knowledge for the implementation of the scout program in accordance with the Youth Program and the scout method. The goal was measured through evaluation with participants. We wanted eighteen participants to acquire leadership and management skills that would raise the organizational level of their local or national organizations. With the help of this knowledge, they would have a positive impact on other volunteers. The goal was measured through evaluation with participants. We wanted at least eighteen participants to successfully complete a personal project of their choice to set a personal challenge and respond to the needs of their local or national scout organization. Through these personal projects, we pursue multiplier effects, as the desire is that participants primarily address other volunteer youth workers with projects, not directly members of the organization. In this way, we wanted to improve the quality of work with young people and the organizational level of other organizations. We measured the goal through completed personal projects. By organizing a quality course experience, we wanted to extend the period of active volunteering of individuals. We measured the goal by checking that all participants remain active members of their national youth organizations.
