The purpose of the project was to train and exchange good practices of young active members of partner organizations and their youth workers from Slovenia, Albania, Spain, Germany, Austria and Great Britain during a one-week "on-the-job training". The practices which all participants considered to be good we decided to collect into a general toolkit meant to help young people new to the roles of active youth workers. The key theme of the project was the education and design of tools and materials for the training of new members and young people who take on the tasks and roles of youth workers. The objectives were: 1. To train and share, exchange knowledge of experience among the 26 project participants, in the field of training and introduction of new, young youth workers, teamers of groups of children and young people. 2. With the mentoring support of international partners, prepare a tool or a program that will contain the guidance, workshops, methods, content, and practical work that an individual needs in his or her first year as an active youth worker. 3. Prepare a program tailored to different needs: a) intended for current members and members who transition from and take on the tasks and roles of youth guides (from 16 to 17 years old) b) intended for new members and members who are directly "stepping in" and assuming the role of youth workers, guides to groups of children and other young people 4. Divide the program into two parts, the content, and the organizational part; with the division we want to ensure that all members acquire tasks and places in the organization that they enjoy and are interested in according to their talents, knowledge, interests, skills, and competencies. 5. Adapt the program in accordance to the digital development of youth work.
