With the project, we wanted to support youth workers to find answers to the questions: How to support young people so they can live life to its fullest? How can we accompany them to recognise their personal mission and achieve satisfaction? The goals of the project were: To bring the themes of personal mission and life satisfaction to complement career guidance in 7 organisations for young people. Twenty-two youth workers and other professionals are trained to support young people in their search for a mission in life. Participants understand the main factors of young people growing up and the dynamics of mission, vision and decision-making. Participants test at least 15 methods/tools that can support them. Participants reflect on their attitudes when working with young people. Participants become aware of how they can support young people in the digital world. Within the project, a website/platform (Toolbox) with methods has been created, which will be available to the entire youth sector. The participants transfer the training content and methods to the local environment and reach at least 200 young people. We reach more than 5,000 people through dissemination (publication of articles, posts on social media and promotion of the Toolbox). The international pool of trainers in personal mission and career orientation, established within the strategic partnership MotivAction, gets at least four new members. Except for the last goal (the pool stopped working during the pandemic) and the goal related to the participation of youth workers (participation was lower than planned), the project goals were achieved.
